The majority of our packets open easily from left to right. However, we’re currently testing new packet material and equipment to improve your service.
If you received an email or a note in your shipment letting you know that your packets open differently, please follow these instructions to use them:
- Separate the packets you need by pulling gently from left to right
- Open each packet by tearing downward from top to bottom
- Take the medication you need
